We currently offer FREE SHIPPING US wide.

Our products are packed and shipped with utmost care to ensure the best customer experience.

Standard shipping usually takes about 5 business days or less.

Shipping times may vary based on your location. Standard shipping usually takes 5 business days or less, but orders to remote areas may take up to 7-10 days.

We use Amazon as our fulfilment provider because of its robust fulfilment network country wide. This will ensure the product will be shipped to you from the nearest warehouse to your location without any delay.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to you.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, so you can follow your order’s journey to your door.

RETURN

We currently offer 30-Day FREE RETURN US wide.

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns. Please ensure you follow the instructions provided in our return email. You won’t have to pay anything to return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free of any signs of wear, and returned in its original packaging, including any price tags and accessories.

Acceptable Return Reasons:

·       Defective/Does Not Work 

·       Damaged Item – The product arrived damaged.

·       Wrong Item Sent 

·       Missing Parts or Accessories – The product is missing components or parts.

·       Too Large/Too Small – The item does not fit properly.

Steps to return: In order to initiate a return, please follow the following steps:

1.    Send a Return Request email to return@thewarrior2.com with the subject line:
“Return Request_Your Order Number”

2.    In the body of the email, include one of the following acceptable return reasons:

·       Defective/Does Not Work 

·       Damaged Item – The product arrived damaged.

·       Wrong Item Sent 

·       Missing Parts or Accessories – The product is missing components or parts.

·       Too Large/Too Small – The item does not fit properly.

3.    Attach photos of the product, focusing on the area that supports your return reason.

We’ll respond to your Return Request promptly within 24 hours, with instructions for returning the product.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
